Discord first. Whitelist second. Then the city.
Rival is a whitelisted UK FiveM server. You do not just connect and start playing.
Join the main Discord, read the rules, then apply from your Rival account. Staff review applications. If you are accepted, you get access.
The application system is moving onto this website. Until that is live, follow the process posted in Discord.
